The Military Veterans Transition Playbook offers active military and veterans the guidance and insights required to help throughout their transition journey into civilian life.  Many of the trainers are ex-military and are able to give the "been there done that" approach towards a transition achievement.  What sets us apart is that we are not trying to compete against other organizations. We are a platform for businesses, education institutions, government agencies, and other non-profits to share their initiatives and help decrease the number of homeless and unemployed veterans.The MVTP is a program under the organization The LEAD Program, Inc. The LEAD Program, Inc is a 501(c)3 organization (EIN# 82-1160543). 

We have spent the last five years implementing the principals described in this playbook. Our Executive Director, Cesar Nader, has helped hundreds of Military Veterans in their career transition out of the military. In this playbook, he takes them through six phases of the transition process. Our attendees learn when to plan for their transition, who they are as a professional. What is the best fit for them in the civilian battlefield. How to achieve their greatest professional goals, where to find the best resources to achieve those goals, and finally a decisive plan to execute their professional strategy.
