Capt Gregory Prickett After reading the ruling I think it can be summed up by:
- You can't circumvent the process using a Writ of Mandamus
- Just because the judge made some comments during formal proceedings based on his opinion formed by findings of fact, you don't get to have a new judge. He wasn't prejudiced, he was judging.

SPC Kevin Ford - yep, the circuit pretty much bitch-slapped Flynn and his attorney, and the two judges on the panel that voted to grant mandamus. They, BTW were the only 2 votes for upholding their decision. Every other judge in that circuit said that they were wrong.
That's also why I don't think that SCOTUS will hear the case. There just isn't anything to look at, the en banc court made the right call.

Capt Gregory Prickett - I suspect Flynn’s team wants this whole thing done by January 20th.

Capt Gregory Prickett
SPC Kevin Ford - That won't protect him. It'll only protect him on the charges that he pled guilty to, not the others.
