Republican disfunction could start pissing off farmers, and that's not a good sign for those counting on conservative farmers votes.

When I was growing up, I though everyone's grandparents were farmers and that was just the way it was. Mine were, so I figured everyone else just headed to their grandparents in the spring from planting season and fall for harvest..... turns out my grandparents just needed the free labor :P Well, I reckon they got what they paid for.
I remember how my dad and my grandpa (mom's dad) would argue about unions. My dad was proud member of the IBEW and grandpa would rag on him about union labor.... and yet grandpa was with the farmer's union, but that was "different" somehow. Then the grandparents would rail on about "corporate farming" and how everyone woud be paying through the nose when corporations took over.... So my dad would say, "gee, maybe all the family farmers should band together and say or do something... you know, like a union!"... and the perpetual argument would grind on.

MSgt Steve Sweeney Ya, I was part of that cheap labor bunch. But I did learn to drive a truck long before I was close to 16.
