After researching this hood mask, it has an exit air vent, so in theory, the user would not need a nose/mouth mask. Though from looking at the pictures it appears that the exit vent is not in an optimal position.
Those of you (other RP readers) that are familiar with positive airflow systems whether in the environmental aspect or in electronics design should be able to note that the positioning of the intake vent and the exit/output vent are not conducive to good air circulation in the mask.
