USAA may not be legally required to explain their action to this depositor, but it sure as hell better be prepared to answer our questions. (I hope someone from USAA is paying attention. They advertise here.) We expect them to live up to their claim that "[They] know what it means to serve," and we are the people they are supposed to be serving.

I've been a loyal USAA Customer many many years. This next autumn when my policy is due next I will be doing some shopping around. It's just business now.
