When I was a 1LT and PCS'ing, my "I love me" book was lost in the shuffle of moving. I've been able to recover most of my prior course records - but there's a few that I haven't been able to locate and I'm curious if the school houses actually keep older records of previous students?

Cliff notes: Service members (applies to all branches) - ensure your OMPF/personnel files are updated asap.

Sir - thanks for the recommendation and will do. I've already contacted the 4 schools in question. I appreciate the feedback from everyone!

ATRRS does indeed maintain schools Data. With that verification, the Schoolhouse should be able to resurrect a 1059. Only problem is, any comments in the bottom section of the 1059 cannot be resurrected. Sucks if you were Honor Grad or were in the top 10%, etc...

Don't know for sure about any other courses but at 1st Engineer BDE we had records/ rosters of all classes of the Sapper course that showed who was Tabbed, completed the course but didn't earn the tab, and everyone who attended the course with course numbers and dates. This was very helpful in proving a couple cases of folks wearing unauthorized Sapper Tabs and clearing others accused of wearing unauthorized Tabs who in fact were Tabbed.
Try contacting the courses proponent office.
