Wow, sir. I haven't read such a string of techno-babble in a LONG time.
And since you are talking about training and testing SGTs, it SHOULDN'T be over my head, and I would be happy to provide whatever insight I may. Can you maybe dumb it down a bit and ask your question in normal speak?

Adding gaming to training is a great idea. If the game is well designed to support training objectives, not just to entertain, then it can be very useful. The aviation world has used simulation for decades with increasing levels of sophistication and technology. Full mission simulators are available allowing progress from procedures training to mission simulation including operations decision making.

I think the technology is there. It comes down to design and resources.

Agreed Sir. The technology design of the system to train and test must be interactive as much as it is integrated, with Management intervention to advise and guide junior leaders.
