The Stryker Leaders Course is a career progression and a leader development course designed to provide Stryker Brigade Combat Teams designated Soldiers the ability to perform the technical and tactical capabilities of a future Stryker Leader. The Stryker Leaders Course trains enlisted personnel in the ranks of SGT through Master Sergeant and Officers in the ranks of Second Lieutenant through Major.
