Led 48 U.S. Marine Corps intelligence analysts conducting intelligence planning, collection operations, requirements management, all-source analysis, production, and dissemination in support of counterinsurgency and security operations in Iraq. Coordinated over 350 intelligence products in support of counterinsurgency and border operations. Established the National Iraq Intelligence and Investigative Agency (NIIA) in the Haditha Triad as part of the Legacy program. Developed and executed training doctrines in the establishment of the NIIA, utilizing multidisciplinary training techniques. Hand selected and trained 20 Iraqi police in the HUMINT cycle and oversaw certifications to prescribed Multi-National Force–Iraq guidelines.
