Served as a forward-deployed Deputy Chief; regularly represented O-5 level Chief in Chief's absence; represented Central Command to Ambassador and Embassy Country Team; coordinated and led the execution of more than 100 bilateral military cooperation events annually; responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring 13 major bilateral cooperation programs with an active value of more than $100 million; responsible for the maintenance and care of all equipment; served as Deputy Program Manager for Air Traffic Control, Security Assistance Section 1206 Funding, and Foreign Military Financing.

Served as a Human Resources Sergeant who was responsible for providing critical personnel service support (PSS) to a United States Army Unit with various missions supporting Overseas Contingency Operations; responsible for a personnel management system encompassing officer and enlisted records, evaluations, selection/promotion board processing, awards and pay orders; responsible for classified material; liaison between UASHRC, USASRDC, USARHRC, and other DoD agencies on personnel and administrative issues.
