I spent 14 years in the active duty Army serving in Chemical Operations, as a Drill Sergeant and as a Recruiter. I exited AD to take care of my family, and have joined the Reserves as an instructor for the NCO Academy . My goal is to assist qualified veterans in finding meaningful careers with Retronix Semiconductors.

My unit is charged with assisting the NCO Academy in continuing a tradition of delivering excellent courses of instruction and utilizing new training methods to facilitate Noncommissioned Officers in becoming more informed leaders and life-long learners in an ever-evolving Army.

Worked as a recruiter and Assistant/Center Commander for Columbus Recruiting Company. Tasked with producing qualified candidates to enlist in the Army, marketing the Army to schools and the community, processing waivers and enlistment packets, and building community awareness to educate the public on the Army's mission and tell our story.

Rotated through multiple TAIR (Total Army Involvement in Recruiting) missions to assist USAREC in recruiting for paratroopers and CBRN soldiers.
