Chief of Operations & Training for a Mission Command training brigade. Planned, developed and evaluated Command Post exercises and Mission Command training for active component, USAR/ARNG, joint and multi-national client units conducting worldwide contingency missions, Homeland Security and emergency preparedness training. Senior planner/training developer and evaluator for three consecutive Red Dragon exercises, an annual CONUS multi-state, multi-agency CBRNE/WMD mass casualty/emergency response exercise utilizing criteria based on NIMS, ICS, and HSEEP principles and guidelines as well as applicable agency-specific doctrine.

Chief Project Officer for the Reserve Components Knowledge Management (KM) Community of Interest. Built and led a team which successfully took an idea from concept to launch for a multi-service internet-based GNEC-synchronized KM portal which enabled real-world real-time exchange of best practices and ideas globally throughout the reserve system.

Managed day-to-day operations for four-phase $500-million project to man, base, train, and equip 24,500-member Iraqi National Police Force. Planned and conducted frequent inspection and staff assistance visits to National Police units throughout central and southern Iraq. Additional duty as Force Protection Officer: planned and executed frequent convoy and air operations, PSD, VIP escort/tours and briefings for senior military, DOS, USAID and Congressional delegations. Responded to complaints, determined appropriate actions and conducted numerous investigations related to regulatory compliance and contracting issues.
