S-3 Operation Officer
S-3 Operations Officer/COO holding the rank of Lt. Colonel, 30th Engineer Brigade (Theater Army) Army of the United States. OIC/Area Damage Control Officer
Senior Engineer Officer in charge of design and construction management for Multi National Corps-Iraq. Shape reconstruction operations for northern Iraq. Direct and manage estimated $150M major and minor design and construction program for civil military projects. Establish host nation and military contracts for infrastructure construction, repair and maintenance for northern Iraq.
