Billy Goldston, a native of Goldston, North Carolina, relocated to Bentonville Arkansas in 2015 after completing a distinguished twenty-three-year career as a United States Army Paratrooper. He has served in key leadership and global operation positions that resulted in management experience across a broad spectrum of high stress situations. Billy successfully led American and friendly foreign soldiers in both peacetime and combat operations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Billy is an accomplished executive with a strong background in operation management, who successfully oversaw the allocation of several millions in government resources throughout his career. Serving as an operations chief in of the Airborne and Special Operations community, he directed a staff that supervised the daily movements for 1150 military and civilian personnel within the US Army’s largest corps, while simultaneously performing over 1300 global tactical and strategic missions. Billy has earned a BA in Homeland Security, Masters of Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Organization Management from the American Military University. He also maintains a Six Sigma Green Belt and has attended a host of leadership, project management and other professional development training throughout his career. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Camp Alliance Inc., a state and national award-winning 501c3 charitable organization that champions, empowers, and connects the Service Member, Veteran, and Family member (SMVF) community. He has also been a staunch supporter for growing a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem to bolster economic development across Arkansas through expanded business opportunities for military spouses, veterans, and other disadvantaged demographics. Billy resides in Rogers, Arkansas with his bride the former Ms. Jenny White and their three children Isaiah, Joshua, and Kaleb.
