As Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), I supervised nine maintenance instructors on automotive, hydraulic, and electronic troubleshooting courses. The schoolhouse passed all three accreditation inspections with outstanding ratings while in my command. I also, performed the duties of Information Security System Officer (ISSO) for the unit. As ISSO, I was responsible for 62 unit computer systems including network operations, e-mail, software installation, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), and hardware upgrades / repairs. I operated and maintained the Camp Blanding Distance Learning Facility with 18 workstations and two video teleconferencing workstations.
