I feel as if they're trying to set up a law suit. I do find it ironic that the parents stated that the only people that should kill an offender are the police

There are hazards to a Criminal Lifestyle. One of those hazards happen to be the possibility of being shot by an LEO, or a Gun Owner. And yes it is personal. You are pulling a gun on me, and I have no idea if your intent is to eventually kill me before you leave? I am shooting to kill, not injure you. I am stopping you from pulling the trigger on me.

If a person is breaking the law they are giving up their rights. Therefore his being shot in the head is on him. What is the saying don't do the crime if you can't do the time. In other words he put himself in that situation. No one to blame but himself.

MSGT. Looks like it. The man asked for it. A lot more of these and it might stop some. If it comes to a law suit hope they lose.

They have no grounds for a lawsuit. But people make frivolous lawsuits every day. Rudy Giuliani may be available.
