Probably not hard. Depends on the needs of the unit or the unit you are trying to go to.

It's easy if you do the legwork yourself. First, you have to find a unit with an open slot you would like to transfer into and get the para/line for that slot from their AGR staff (most likely the readiness NCO). Next, you take that information to your AGR staff and ask them to initiate the paperwork for the transfer. Your CoC up to the first 0-5 will have to sign off on your transfer, then the paperwork will get sent to the unit you are trying to transfer to. It will also have to be signed up to the first O-5. Then, your reassignment order will be produced by the state and will be scanned into your iperms.
Of course, at any point a commander on either side can put a halt to this process based on the needs of the NG and individual units in your state.
P.S. Next time, search Rallypoint for similar questions, because I know I have answered this same prompt at least twice in the past.

Not to difficult. The recruiter should be able to transfer your MOS over to 2T with your qualifications.
