What does empowering mean? It is a word I hear thrown around a lot. If it means treating women like men, ignoring the differences between men and women, or white washing the differences, I say no. If it means allowing women to achieve to the best of their ability based on intellect, character, experience, training, capabilities and aspirations, I say yes.
The only person who has the ability to empower a woman, is the woman. Denying a woman recognition, opportunity, or advancement based on her sex doesn't take away her power. It just shows the authority figure is an ass that needs to be removed from authority so the organization can improve and grow.

Yes. Yes Yes and YES. Well that is only if you need more work done. Of course this is for our economy. I am not sure what would happen if women were allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia, since it would cause a huge unemployment rate with drivers. Unless the unemployed drivers become UBER drivers then it is a wash.
