At least my state is in the top ten.Friends from Illinois are always complaining and now i understand why.

I knew Tennessee would be in the top ten of this list, SSgt Terry P.! We have no state income tax!

LTC Stephen C. Yes,sir,but i think our state and county sales tax and compensates pretty well.

SSgt Terry P., true, but anyone traveling through the state gets to help the good residents of Tennessee with their taxation through purchases! Everyone buying gasoline at a Tennessee pump helps us as well! Tennessee still ranks #31 in state gasoline tax, so overall, I think we come out ahead in the long run!
