Looks like the gun grabbers have found a tool to "legally" confiscate weapons.

SGT (Join to see) agreed, thus the quotation marks around legally. The red flag laws need to be challenged all the way to the SCOTUS. They certainly lack due process and they will obviously be expensive to fight to get ones possessions back.
