This is nothing new, but it's a good article.
More U.S. military personnel have been sent to Iraq and Syria. Trainers, Special Forces, and airstrikes haven't been enough. The administration continues its slow progression to renewed ground combat. President Barack Obama's Nobel Peace Prize grows more tarnished by the day.

1. The more countries we attack, the more unstable and unpredictable the ME becomes.
2. SFs exist for surgical strikes, not for conventional sized battles.
3. Air power alone will not win wars.
4. We need to become culturally smarter.
5. We need to destroy the enemy's true strengths except for ideology.
