FYI, yesterday I forwarded the 1/21/2016 denial of my VA evaluation to the patent advocate who submitted my paperwork in october and to teh VFW POC who submitted my initial paperwork in 2008 SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I plan on following up tomorrow.

Hello! I am new to this site and have had this question for years! I am medically retired and I have less than 20 yrs of service. I was told that by the year 2014 the process that pulls out your disability pay from you pension was going to stop and as of today I am still seeing my VA pay being pulled out of my pension every month. Is there someone I can call to find out if I qualify for the program that allows me to get both my pension and my disability? I hope I explained it correctly.
