Key word was skilled workers. If you have the right skills, values and drive it does not matter what the unemployment rate is, you will find a job. The reverse is also true.

I guess I could also say we have plenty of openings for unskilled/entry level workers as well. However those positions are competitive, as many people would love to work at the University of Iowa for the benefits offered.

I was a little surprised on the low ones. Not surprised one bit that the highest are in CA or the east coast.
