That seems like a long list of Court Martials SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL
It seems like this release of information may have been a violation of the privacy act. I don't know that to a fact but I have never seen lists of criminal convictions from other parts of the federal system.
I am glad that the names of the two people acquitted of all charges were withheld from publication.

Warrant Officers are officers...so why did the WO1 get a dishonorable discharge instead of dismissal? I saw another WO1 later on who was dismissed. Typo from Army Times?

I believe it is because one was a WO1 and the other a CWO2. I didn't see a WO1 who was dismissed, just the CWO2. I don't know for sure if this rule is still current, but at one time WO1s were appointed, and then upon promotion to CWO2 they were commissioned and had the same legal status as other commissioned officers. And the rule about officers being dismissed rather than getting a dishonorable discharge only pertains to commissioned officers. Looking at the results in the article it appears it is still that way.
