There is actually a potential use for this in the club scene. In the club market, it's all about standing out from the crowd and making yourself different somehow than the club further down the street.
Imagine coupling this technology with facial recognition software - only geared toward tattoos.
Now imagine the blade rave scene in the original "Blade" movie...
Yeah... I can see reallllly creative underground potential here...
... and yes, I'm actually being serious.
