Okay, maybe if kids who do these things or maybe even their parents, then maybe we can fix this? Keeping lawyers out of the picture depicting miscreants would be a good thing. Just saying!

After reading through the article which indicates the older student previously threatened the younger girl and held her head in a toilet after beater her. It seems very reasonable that the older elementary school student was charged on Thursday in juvenile court with false imprisonment, aggravated assault and battery, according to the station.
