Judge was right to acquit Baltimore cop

Of course he did. This particular cop was blameless. Which isn't the case for all of them. WHat I love about this particular situation is that it was a black Judge that acquitted him, so race baiters and extremists are gonna have a hard time crying foul.

I believe he did. The reason is that we only see the surface...the judge gets a peek under the Kimono. If it wasn't presented to him for any wrongdoing, then he has to abide by the precedent of law and acquit.
