I started using the "Pause Button" title some years ago at Ft McCoy after one of my guys first used it. My unit was there for RTC training prior to Iraq. There was this other unit there that my unit went tandem with on a lot of training. Their Company Commander was a great sport. One day, we were at the range and the mechanic for my unit, the Captain for this other unit, myself and a few others. The Captain was telling a story of some sort, and my mechanic just kind of turned and when "Hey Sir....Pause" and walked off. We were all dumbfounded and laughed our butts off.
