They way the laws are in China, people are afraid to stop and help because they might be held responsible for the person's bills if they do something wrong. While they don't have quite the same regard for life that we in America have, they aren't the devils you are trying to make them out to be.

Unbelievable that this can happen. I know use to be a law in FRG if saw or were first upon an accident you were required to stop and render aide.

I definitely remember that law & others
you were also required to wear seatbelts (1986-87), carry first aid kits, & warning triangles

actually I think its polar opposite
"China loves ignoring people die"
They are self aware and absorbed.. other people unless they impact/effect them mean nothing and are just "things"
