As much as this sees humorous, it's a fact. I know many who got out and went to school, and said that sitting with these kids drives them up the wall. They seem to think that we play COD 28/8, and they could do better.

It only gets worse when you're an old guy who has worked in the field. My recommendation is for Soldiers to get your degrees early even if its only taking a class or two at a time. I stopped at the associates level in construction management for a long time because that's all I needed to be competitive for CSM. Your frustration with the hokie bull crap will likely be reduced because you won't have done as much or run as large as operations as you will later in your career and listening to some school bound dip shit espouse textbook solutions will be easier to swallow.
