So they wonder why I have a hard time readjusting etc etc etc? From 2013 to 2017 I was denied and appealed even for a simple homeless housing voucher, until BVA Washington DC stepped in by the stroke of luck and the United States standing strong.

But those 4 years day by day denial appeal were daily minute reminders
retriggering attempts on my life, that I wake up in reminder of daily, 4 years of my life just to try to understand and get at least support for, when I stepped on that Guided Missile Frigate.


The evidence they someone at the VA Oakland listed as evidence:

1) was a in service permanent medical disqualification at MEPS attempting a Navy to Army Transfer to get off the ship a guided missile frigate and restart my life at 22 years of age, and I went back to the ship still under enlistment obligation
2) Diagnosis of Major Depression and Bi Polar and multiple symptoms such as (can not sleep can not concentrate lack of interest) now known to be symptoms of undaignosed PTSD 23 years of age
3) Honorable Discharge 26 years of age
4) 0 income from age 28 on onward on social security income records living in a lot of barter for rent or living in car conditions and doing handyman work
5) suicide 5150 admission self injury age 30
6) etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc



The BVA judge did their Job. Thank You



There was a side issue of relevant, that I need to find understanding for. Those 4 years were the last 4 years of my fathers life. I had just met him. I found out he was Army Infantry 66-68 Vietnam. He was injured to the point the VA recognized he was incompetent to handle his own affairs, including being able to raise me. So that means that I grew up as a child of a combat vet with no va support or recognition, and joined the Navy to take his place! Next Man Up! Here we Come America! I am giving you my everything.

But I was distracted fighting my own battle at the VA, and trying to to rehab for myself. As soon as I got the BVA support and started looking for a home, and got a home apartment in the VA system, he passed and was burred in a National Cemetery in Las Vegas, and no one even called me, and said they were going to bury him.

I stil had a full head of hair then an no greys when I went to the VA 2013. By 2017 I had grey and started balding. I was up nearly every night looking for records online of what I actually experienced, and needed support on. I found so many Navy and DOD records that it became very obvious. A Navy Guided Missile Frigate assignment in Deck Department, with a reserve enlistment, is a very precarious with all the necessary ingredients for injury, the type that will stop a Navy Army Transfer attempt.

Having just gone through this whole process and getting my final 100% P&T rating and talking to multiple people in the VA system the VBA Oakland office is the red headed step child of the whole system. They do not have a good reputation at all.
