Phoenix VA Director who gave such "great service" to our veterans is still fighting to keep her job and it looks like she's winning. I guess it pays to have Obama on your side!

Loretta Lynch made the decision. The same person that will decide whether to or not to take action on Hillary. This will be a tough one.

The problem isn't that Obama is "on her side", but rather that the law, as written, doesn't comply with constitutional standards that protect all of us. The decision doesn't mean that she'll get to keep her job; only that they'll have to follow different procedures to fire her.

Its been two years already SGT Eliyahu Rooff and they haven't done it yet. Someone of her status should be serving at the discretion of the president. On second thought maybe she is when you think about how Obummer has supported our military,.

I still have health issues from my deployments and the VA just passes me along like a number and my stuff is still not fixed
