That is bizarre SSgt (Join to see). It is a marvelous name though "Climate Doomsday Property Tax" which sounds like a b-movie title from the 1950s except "Tax" would "Attacks."

SSgt (Join to see) - wow second smoke from a BBQ is illegal in St Petersburg. I wonder when Jimmy Buffet will come with a song about that.
I will wager that it will be a long time before a state such as Florida or the western states enacts legislation making second smoke from marijuana or hashish illegal :-)

It's worse in Australia. The local councils virtually "condemn" properties, or at least devalue properties by including them in a "projected" global warming water rising "map" of affected properties. Insane. Might as well post a sign on thousands of properties: "WARNING: this property is expected to be under water soon....so sayeth AlGore....warmongers on the war path.
