Interesting but does this means that if called before a Congressional Committee or a Special Prosecutor, these documents would have no value, and FBI agents would be able to freely testify?

The gag order is on...You have to really dig to get to the truth with our government. I think most fair minded people know that HRC is getting a pass because of who she is. The events leading up to the lack of a recommendation of a charge couple with intimidating FBI agents that worked on the case are nice indicators of the level or the crony protection racket running the country now.

More evidence that when it comes to the Clintons, the normal rules do not apply! Maybe one of President Trump's first moves will be to ask for the FBI directors letter of resignation. Followed by that of the current Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Those are appointed positions, tradition allows them to submit resignations first. Since they serve “at the pleasure of the President,” The President has the authority to “Fire Them.” A newly elected President, usually replaces most if not all of those currently holding their respective offices.
