Maybe more of a distraction from Physical activity and doing other things. that may be more productive. I prefer reading and always have a book available which I enjoy and it's a very good time filler in my opinion. I guess reading is My time filler when I'm not involved in other activities be they physical or like now at a computer.

I have very seriously rethought my efforts at humor on the topic here, given what you'd said, which made me very seriously do a rethink, if you will. What you said was of course entirely correct, and, as such, I obv very deeply regret if my efforts at such humor, which I can only seek to reassure you and all on here, was of course well intentioned, by all means, clearly was over the top, which, most certainly, was obv not my intention. I quite rightly perceive, due in no small part to turn observations, that some conversation sites like this one are obv not the place for such efforts at humor, however ostensibly well intentioned, most certainly. All of you have been most gracious in your having allowed me to be part of your conversational world on here, which both I as well as wife, very greatly appreciate, and which obv has done, and is doing me, considerable good, certainly. That being said, what you'd mentioned here was obv most exceedingly perceptive, by all means, and I'd obv never wish for anything I'd say to be misunderstood, in my zeal to try to be humorous, or to diminish how all of you might perceive me, due to my remarks. I've now quite clearly perceived, as I've tried to now mention on here, that some discussion forums like this one, which is quite clearly of a very high professional order, most certainly, are obv not the place for such efforts at humor, however well intentioned, as I'd said, and you and the others here may be absolutely assured that I'll of course try henceforward to comport myself accordingly and to keep all of my remarks and or submissions as absolutely serious as humanly possible, by all means. I very greatly apprcpeciate your making me rethink the whole thing, as you did, it was a genuine help, I assure you, I'd be most eager for your thoughts whenever might be convenient, and am most very grateful for your very kind and most considerate efforts at correction, as well.
