Shame on those 2 or 3 jerks, shame on any media which tries to paint 70,000 people who held a moment of silence in silence with being disrespectful. It's no secret that there were hundreds if not thousands of Black lives Matters activists at the DNC, nor is it a secret that there are some BLM activists who do more to hurt our cause instead of help it.

They're not people PO1 John Miller, They're idiots and sick in the head. Wonder who they will be calling when they are in danger? I know. Let's call Black Lives Matter. They can rant their way out of trouble.

Really??? You can't come up with an intelligent response so, like my prediction, you're justifying it. Typical Liberal.

Roughly 70,000 people at the convention and 2 or 3 jerks yell out near the end of a moment of silence. Democrats decide to ignore them, meanwhile Conservatives are happy to give them attention they crave.

I don’t believe it’s as simple as you say. I’ve seen behavior like this before. It’s more like “we let one or two people stand up to get our message out, and take the heat for our cause… and people will say it’s just a few crackpots”.
I believe the old phrase that describes these actions is giving someone or an organization “plausible deniability” from an issue they all endorse.

SFC (Join to see) - I believe that's absurd. If more than two or three out of those 70K people felt that way they would have opened their mouth as well. The DNC has no control over the people at that convention as evidenced by frequent booing during the first day and the walkout Tuesday night. http://www.cleveland.com/politics/index.ssf/2016/07/dnc_2016_bernie_sanders_suppor.html

Why is what I say absurd? I believe there are different types and degrees of disturbances. I don’t believe trying to compare a very large group of people who just found out the election was stolen away from them, to a group that wants to sew discontent among our population for a largely unpopular cause is fair. I know Black Lives Matter has a lot of followers but compared to the population of the United States, their whole numbers are still very small. They are trying to nurse enough people along to get large, that is why you see these limited outbursts. Once they get popular enough, you will hear them a lot louder.

Most Democrats support Black lives matter, almost all Green Party members support Black Lives Matter... there were 10's of thousands who supported Black lives matter and probably hundreds of black lives matter activists at the convention. First, your presuming a level of organization and discipline that such a movement could never pull off. Second, it would be a stupid plan... if you are opposed to a moment of silence, you attempt to show political power to support your position. Last, you don't keep a secret between 10's of thousands of people... if someone had tried to organize something like that, there would be a lot of people talking.
BTW, in order for all lives to matter... Black lives need to matter.
