How can sexual abuse of a 14 year old be a misdemeanor and then released on his own recognizance ? This perp needs to be locked up with men who would enjoy touching him in many ways.

At least they kept him from leaving until authorities could arrest him and the girl wasn't raped.

Never been on the subway of New York but have been on the DC Metro. And that looked dangerous enough. I do agree his charge should have more then just a misdemeanor. We know damn well he will do it again.

MSgt (Join to see) - Ive been on the DC Metro too and thats a piece of cake compared to the NYC transit system and the DC ones are for the most part clean. You cant say that about NY!
