Mr Trump is a loud mouthed blowhard however, that the Khan's have decided to use their son's coffin as a soap box to spout off their political agenda is just as reprehensible as anything Mr Trump could put out.

My big takeaway from this whole thing is Mr. Trump's enormous ego. He was incapable of simply acknowledging their son's sacrifice and moving on without further comment. He just had to spin it in some way, to create talking points for his campaign about his own sacrifices as a job creator (...What?) and compete with a Gold Star Family over dedication to the cause.

FFS, he never learned how to just let something go, did he? Every comment, every possible chance to one-up or discredit someone, he has to take it. He's incapable of anything other than getting the last word, and generally in some sort of vicious way.

Good to know their son died supporting a country whose ideals he believed in, while Mr. Trump mocks his family and vows to order our officers and ground units to commit war crimes.
