Obviously, his name tag didn't read "Clinton"

I huge difference for anyone that looks:

"Saucier has admitted knowing his conduct was illegal"

Prove Hillary knew what she was doing was illegal. Not "should have" but actually knew.

SN Greg Wright - She did not know any documents were or should have been classified. Sloppy, but not illegal.

The rules of evidence allow many methods of demonstrating "intent". Rarely, will someone be dumb enough to admit to it. In Hillary's case, her attempts to hide her actions and then lie about them were adequate proof of intent.

MSG Hillary broke the law period. Did she know it, yes. She is't that dumb where she didn't know. Did she know she could get away with it, yes. Is the fix in, he'll yes! Is government corruption in the open, yes.

CPT Jack Durish - "SHE" did not "hide" her actions. Therefore she did not lie. She is not that dumb where she would have intentionally sent classified emails.

There is a massive difference. Hillary Clinton did not intentionally mishandle information. That sailor took pictures in an area he knew it was illegal to photograph. So, no. Hillary is not getting away with doing the same as he did because she did not do what he did

Intention in irrelevant. She mishandled classified information. You think you wouldn't be headed to the brig if you unknowingly mishandled classified info?

SN Greg Wright - You feel that way about everyone who mishandles information like that? So you think Colin Powell, Karl Rove, Condoleeza Rice and the other 22 White House staffers that did it under Bush should be in jail? Or do they get a pass? And back to the original statement. The guy couldn't use the Clinton defense because the two offenses were different

TSgt Anthony Elmer - They used unsecure private email addresses. And when you do that, the email travels through similar means as what Clinton did. So the location of the server is moot. And they deleted MILLIONS OF EMAILS

22 million were recovered. That means they deleted them and someone else had to find them. Still means that they are responsible for a far more egregious violation of the rules of archiving. And, regardless of the inadequacy of the system, Colin Powell still did the exact same thing and did not face near the scrutiny. But you are ignoring the main post of this whole discussion. It is about the sailor, who knowingly took illegal photos inside a sensitive area, then tried to use a defense that had absolutely nothing to do with his situation
