My shipmates were just talking about this yesterday! All 3 of us served on CCSG-12 and while on deployment we did run into the Capt. a few times. He was a bit off from one person's perspective but I never really conversed with him.
I saw a report that it was that he was making passes at an enlisted sailor on liberty then lied about it to his superiors when he was confronted....Here's the link
