Our military needs a Reganesque pay hike after 8 years of this POTUS. He doesn't even try to hide his contempt for the military.

SFC Mark Merino, I've not had a penny more than what I get for 100% disability in the past, at least eight years. We used to get good costs of living increases, but not anymore. Was the military receiving good COL increases back then?
