Bust the druggies! They were at an Indian Casino Theater. Rave music is great. I love it but the idiots who take E and other drugs are ruining their lives. I, years ago, saw clean cut and men and hot women just hanging out catatonic in their booths on their e-trips not knowing or caring that they now messed up their minds. They will be depressed, unable to sleep at night but sleep in the day and they will be F' ups in the making all because they licked that funny postage stamp!

I understand we are forced to be responsible for the poor decisions of people but we shouldn't be. Part of responsibility is personal responsibility. If someone wants to bake their brain, let them but society shouldn't call me heartless because I step over them while they're begging for money. Every decision has a consequence. If someone decides they want to get help, great. As a society it does is all good to help them. If someone wants to continue on their road they shouldn't receive any assistance. Not food. Not shelter. Unless they break the law, then they can have food and shelter. In prison. I have friends and a family member who overcame drug addictions. When they were using, I had nothing to do with them, even when they ended up in prison. When they asked for help, I did. But we can't force help and supporting them is merely enabling them.

SFC (Join to see) - I hear you Damon. We were enabling them. We tried to help and my 19 year old druggie step-daugher stole most of my wife's Jewelry. We did not know until we saw the druggie wearing some of it in a facebook post. Our fault but we are moving soon and if we find the receipt, we will call the cops back to charge her.

LTC (Join to see) - I am sorry for you and your family for the situation you find yourself in. I have compassion for people who truly deserve it, but I also believe people need to want it and seek it to deserve it. We, as a society, have become enablers. The idea "it isn't your fault, society let you down" is the absolute worse idea we can put in someone's mind. I hope you all find the peace you need.

SFC (Join to see) - you are right. My wife has a diabetic auntie who drinks. She lived at our house for free for a week and she never paid my wife for the 3 tanks of gas she used to drive her around to dr. appointments or to get a place. She is a diabetic who drinks and she could get gangrene on her feet. Finally my wife had it with her when she had attitute and did not even chip in for gas. Its a pandemic with Natives in her family. They are drunks, druggies and users who always hit on sober old grandmas for money they can get themseles if they play by the rules by social services but they don't since they don't want to play but the rules. They are addicts. I get your drift!
