SSG Waldo Yamada - I feel you with the negative comments on an NCOER. I'm reclassing right now and won't get an NCOERROR this year but a DA 1059 instead. The 1059 is going to say "needs improvement" in the leadership category because I overslept after a change in medication for my TBI. I was 4 minutes late to formation. :/

SSG Richard Warren, it could GODs way of saying that he needs you to do something else. Keep your eyes open for positions out there that need your expertise. I have had a few Soldiers to leave the military before reaching the 20yrs mark because they were either tired, needed a change, QSP, or needed to relook their life. Reach out to your fellow Soldiers if you need to talk about things to vent your frustrations.
