2 Officers Charged In Freddie Gray Case Sue Mosby For Defamation

I'll start the next white/black issue with a simple question! How is the death of Freddy in a paddy wagon, ie 'cell' any different the Joe Loser sitting in a jail cell that decides to hang himself different? We don't charge the Jail personnel with the death by hanging, so why are the officer(s) being charged? Anyone shown any proof yet that the cops broke his neck?
