RP Members and Connections in 2016, a total of 140 law enforcement officers died in the line of duty in the United States. Each of those officers put their life on the line in order to serve and protect the citizens of this nation, and each of them made the ultimate sacrifice as a result. In addition, there were 34 K9 Officers that died in the line of duty during 2016.

When the Shooters are arrested Tried they should Be Hung in Public... and If the ACLU jumps Up and protests... Hang one of those bastards along side the LEO Shooter...

Every year, when people want to "share" videos of celebs that have died within the year......I feel compelled to post pics of Soldiers that have died in the year.

Me too. As a Veteran and retired LEO I am compelled to share the photos and stories of all the officers and soldiers who have been shot and or died that I come across. We as citizens of this country must demand our representatives begin supporting our law enforcement officers both in voice and in action beginning with countering the media and others false narrative of police targeting innocent people because of race or other demographic issues.

Several of our Guard brothers and sisters serve as local police and sheriff officers. A few in our small area have been in harms way and 4 officers have been shot in our little burg of 80,000 this past year. Unacceptable. Support your local blue. Great share COL Mikel J. Burroughs
