To comment on my comment (just being fair), Iran learned and believed the sailors had navigational problems. But they have done their missile test "close" to our ships with very short notice. But this is just the usual "pissing" contest.
I will say ISIS pulls no punches about wanting the death of America, but again they're a "state" not a nation.
