This popped up in my youtube feed. It's a pretty good look at things like drown-proofing, etc, and the CMDCM narrating the vid goes to specific effort to tell would-be SEAL's to NOT try anything dangerous in preparation for trying out.

Ah Yes, I'll Pass, Just being down the Street at IB for Outboard Refresher Training was Good Enough for Me.
