Navy Secretary Ray Maybus provides an update on engines problems effecting both the new carrier Ford and both versions of the new small LCS ships. The Secretary preparing to leave office gives an assessment of ship building needs to reach goal of a 308 ship Navy.

“The Ford is a textbook example of how not to build a ship,” Ford told reporters. Apparently, she is sentient, and has lots of self-esteem and body issues.
