Paul Ryan, plan can not change too much for this reason; it would make millions of the of military men and women that have pre-existing conditions not eligible for some types of homeowners insurance and job, and company insurance do to their military (war) experience. I had that happen to me. The company EDS/ Hewlett-Packard or Hewlett-Packard Enterprise demanded my medical records, and attempted to fire me, but had to reinstate me.

Because of all the fingers in the pot, the ACA has turned into an absolute nightmare. We cannot allow Medicare to go this way...

Of Course! It was originally a Republican Plan. The Only Problem they had with it was the Democrats passing it! It is a Whimpy Compromise between the "Socialist" medicine that Most Northern Europeans Enjoy along with Canada and Australia that still leaves a Healthy Profit Margin for the Insurance Companies. The Only Legitimate Beef they had with it was "You Stole Our Plan".

Yes, P01 Willam Nagel, he (Obama) spoke with both Hillary & Romey since he was the governor of Michigan and modeled the Federal Government plan after his state but on a larger scale. The problem became the company that won the contract (Bid) didn't have or understand the full scope or gravity of the situation; that's why it was a Failure. I speak from experience as a person that have been on a team that have written and update programs.

SSG Eddye Royal - I've never been one to argue with the Voice of Experience! My Experience is with the "Socialist" medicine provided by the Military in the US and Civilians and Military in the United Kingdom that I used and have absolutely no problem with.
