Chicken, liver and gizzard vendor stands outside Subic Bay main gate. Via's Place soft taco's on Gordon Ave in Olongapo. Lived on the stuff for about a year, plus my apartment was right across the street. :)
The kebabs and rice made every Friday by Iraqi civilian handyman "Seto" who lived with us on Joint Security Site India, Al Kindi Iraq. It was amazing.
